Fees & Commission

✅ Listing Fee - $55 per bag

This non-refundable fee covers:

▪️Expert-written listing optimized to sell

▪️Marketing across Facebook, Instagram, and our buyer network

▪️Buyer messaging, negotiation, and offer handling

▪️Payment collection & seller support

▪️Ongoing promotion until your item sells

and

✅ Commission - 20% of the gross sale price

This fee is deducted after your bag sells and covers:

▪️Full sales support from listing to payout

▪️Pricing strategy, buyer vetting, and transaction oversight

▪️60 day exclusivity period – if the item is sold elsewhere, Hold to Sold™ is still entitled to full commission

📦 Seller Pays:

▪️Shipping to buyer (after sale is confirmed)

▪️Transaction fees (e.g., PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle transfer fees)
