Z Purses – Terms & Conditions for Seller-Initiated Bag Sales
Thank you for offering your bag(s) for purchase. Before we proceed, please review and agree to the following Terms & Conditions that govern the sale:
1. Accuracy of Information
By submitting your item(s) for consideration, you confirm that all information provided—including but not limited to brand, model, authenticity, condition, flaws, prior repairs, odor, and ownership—is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
If any undisclosed issues are discovered after purchase (e.g., damage, repairs, inauthenticity, strong odors), Z Purses reserves the right to:
Request a partial refund,
Return the item at your expense,
Or cancel the sale entirely.
2. Authenticity
You affirm that all bags offered for sale are 100% authentic. If any bag is found to be counterfeit, you agree to issue a full refund and arrange return shipping at your expense.
3. Condition Disclosure
You are responsible for disclosing all flaws, including but not limited to:
Stains, odors, cracking, peeling, rubbing, hardware wear, dryness/stickiness,
Interior/exterior damage,
Replacements or repairs (e.g., replaced zippers, linings, straps).
Undisclosed issues affecting resale value or buyer satisfaction may result in a reduction in payment or reversal of the transaction.
4. Photos and Description
You must provide clear, unedited photos that accurately represent the current condition of the item(s). Z Purses may request additional images or clarification before purchasing.
5. Ownership Guarantee
You confirm that you are the legal owner of the item(s) being sold and have the right to sell them. You also confirm that the item(s) are not stolen or encumbered by any liens.
6. Payment Terms
Once your item is received and inspected:
If approved, payment will be issued within [insert timeframe, e.g., 24–48 hours].
If issues are discovered, you will be contacted immediately to resolve them before payment is finalized.
7. Returns & Disputes
Z Purses reserves the right to return any item that does not meet agreed-upon standards. If a return is required, the seller is responsible for return shipping and refund of any payment already issued.
8. Final Agreement
By selling to Z Purses, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions. Failure to adhere may result in refusal of future transactions.
